Does anyone know for sure how much weight he is doing? Click to expand... first 3 plates are 25kg, 4th (blue) plate is 20kg, 5th (yeallow) 15kg, then there is 5kg 2.5kg and 2.5kg on the bar TOTAL: 20kg (bar) + 150 (3x2x25) + 40 (2x20) + 30 (2x15) + 20 (5+2.5+2.5 X 2) = 260 kg or 572lb.
