guys i recently got into cycling carbs and i now know carbs def give me alot of gas, it almost seems like a problem but maybe im exageratedn, but when i carb up starting that day i can give like prob a good 50 or more farts aday and there good size farts to, i def lost count and dont bother to count, to me it seems exessive and its like where the hell does all this air come from, how are some of you guys with this?, if im around my chick you know its not nice to let one out but it also feels not nice to my body to not let one out, was also wondering if theres somthing out there can reduce gas maybe?
