I am following Big A growth principle's workout essentially but my gym does not have a rear delt machine (it did but it was removed?), anyhow I need the next best alternative to impliment into the workout. Any recommendations?
I like the dumbell bent-over laterals. I do them on an incline bench. I feel the bench stops me from using momentum and swinging the weight around. The best grip for me is a pronated grip (palms facing in) it seems to really isolate my rear delts nicely. It's important to find the right grip and really isolate those rear delts. Keep pumping iron and stay motivated!
