Increase your carbs. Especially around training. Excess urea is not being excreted by the kidneys so its coming out in sweat. Carbs are protein sparing so will stop protein being broken down producing excess urea. And drink more water if you can.
As ammonia is a molecule of nitrogen and hydrogen. And as amino acids are made from nitrogen. I always figured it to be to much break down , where your kidneys aren't able to handle it the amount of nitrogen being released from lack of carbs, to much muscle being broken down or excess consumption of protein.
There has to be some other mechanism behind it as well because like I've said, I've been having it for a few weeks now and I'm on 700 gr carbs per day MINIMUM (and 'only' about 300 gr protein/day). I'm afraid it's going to be what Kaladryn said, kidney overload so to speak. That's not good
