just wanted to intro myself. Some here will know me from other boards.
I have been lifting since I was 13, currently 45 yo. Competed in Power lifting from age 16 to 39 off and on. Now I focus more on total fitness.
I have been lurking here for sometime, great board to learn on. I payed particular interest to the peptides threads
