Up To How Many Calories Would Be Safe To Consume On A One Meal Basis?
Because I Am So Busy All The Damn Time And I Am So Unorganized I Am Finding It Hard To Fit More Than Three Meals A Day In(Besides An Occasional Snack Here And There) So I Was Thinking I Have A BMR Of About 2000 Calories So I Figure I Could Take In 1000+ Calories A Meal For Three Meals A Day And I Can Start Slappin On Da Beef . I Heard Zane Was A 3 Meal A Day Man And Also I Have Read That Consuming Large Meals In One Sitting Is Anabolic To A Certain Extent. Whats Everyones Opinion On This?
First advice is...get organized! If you are very dedicated to be bodybuilding, even as far as "juicing", then you would do this, regardless of how busy you are, you would begin to start getting shit organized.
That being said...as far as your question about caloric sonsumption:
This depends on an many differentials and personal traits of your individual organic system. A starting factor would be; How tall are you and how much do you weigh? What is your bodyfat level (Do you have visible abs). Even throw in a pic of you have one to begin with. I ask because I am trying to get an idea of how well your metabolism is.
I think that, aside from all of the general rules set for bodybuilding, as far as eating 6 medium meals a day all split out, you have to listen to your body and eat the amount accordingly. Nobody can tell you what is the best amount for you to eat in one setting, especially one over the computer, hundreds of miles away from you!
I used to eat a LOT of food in one setting, multiple times a day. Sure, it gave me serious bulk and strength, but it also blew my gut up!
If you force feed yourself and eat more than your body is telling you to, your stomach will eventually stretch up to compensate for this amount of excess food, and you will have that typical pregnant "bloated" stomach look that many off season bodybuilders have, which is mistook for Insulin usage, but really it's all of the food they're cramming in!
Do this...eat as much as your stomach allows you to. TRY to eat 6 medium sized meals a day. GET ORGANIZED!
Carry around a pouch around you (Like many off season bodybuilders do!) or gym bag if you can, and boil up some eggs and put that in a few bags. Put in some tuna fish cans. Cook up some chicken and put that in the pouch or bag. Do all of your cooking in the morning or whenever the least busiest time it is for you, pack up the food in prepackaged bags to preserve freshness, put it in your pouch or gym bag and your good to go. Eat all of the foods that are disposable and clean of course. EAT CLEAN!!!
If you want to really get organized buy a Sports watch with a timer set on it, and have it set to ring every 2 hours, so when it rings, you eat your prepacked meal, and repeat that 6 times every 2 hours! You won't have anymore excuses to forget to eat a meal because you were so busy! Tell your work boss your going out for a smoke (As Im sure plenty of people go for plenty of smoking breaks multiple times a day) and eat up!!!

And don't forget to drink a LOT of WHOLE milk to jack up the calorie factor!
