I'm now in my 8th week of diet. I started training a little differently the last month due to the fact that I get a bit worn down from the double sessions of cardio done daily. I've been using Big H's program for some bodyparts when I feel tired. I'll do 5 or 6 sets instead of my normal 10-12 on days when I don't feel 100%, and it seems to be doing the job, as I'm not losing any size. I've been taking anadrol for a/b 4 weeks now. When do you guys think I should stop using it (how many days before the contest)? What about the slin? The drol doesn't seem to be causing any water retention. For the first time this week I'm starting to get that hard look to the muscle. Do you know what I'm talking about? It's a good feeling to look at my belly in the mirror and see the abs without flexing. It's been almost three years since I was lean and it's so weird how it feels when your waist gets that tight look. I know I've got a ways to go before I get where I want to be, but seeing progression is a very good feeling. I'm almost to the point where I can take my shirt off at the beach and not have people laugh at me.
