Since I first read about peptides I've done alot of reading, and my impression is that there are as much different ways to use igf as there are people using it. Some people say that you cant go over 20mcg and other says 100mcg. On thing is clear, thats the strength of igf. Thats why I would like to get a clear answer how to use it.

How large dose?
When should it be used?
Do you have to use AA instead of BW when reconstituting?
Whats best, intramuscularly or is subcutaneously (sub-q) just as good?(I've read that both is fine, but not a absolute answer)
What kind of gain could you expect when used alone?
What is the risk if you use it right?

I've read a lot on this forum and others too, but still there are some holes to bee filled. Thanks

You said it. There are many many opinions on how to use it. You HAVE to recon with AA though, it's a fragile peptide and needs the correct ph. Most people do IM into muscle worked that day, hoping some of the igf will stick around when it goes systemic. I've always subscribed to this method, at lower doses. Dosage and duration of cycle are inversley related.
Get some research under your belt before you do anything.

I agree with getting to know what you are about to use, but since I just cant go to the nearest bookshop and buy a book about peptides, I have to read and ask on the Internet.

How can I get experience if all the info I get goes against each other?
What is actually right?
A good explanation would not hurt :)
 
I like taking 80mcg igf-lr3 in my calves pwo 3x week.
 
What kind of help/gain do you see?
Its strange, some people say that igf-1 is highly anabolic and will build lean mass and give more muscle-cells, but on this forum people seems to look at it as a repair-hormone.
Strange that there are so different experiences.
 
The first time I used it I used 20mcgs/day for a month and it worked amazing the next time I used it I had to bump to 60mcgs/day to get the same effects.... I think that the dose needed goes up depending on how many cycles of it you do.....if this is your first time then you probably don't need much.
 
I believe u supposed to take like a 4 week break after using IGF since the receptors can get over saturated.
 
This is interesting I just got 700iu hgh third day! cant wait this is my first time using it.Also using sustanon and EQ. I was thinking about incorporating this into my cycle to. I think Iam gonna wait and do more research! Alot of different opionions just on this thread
