This is from a "distributor." I am looking for this study as we speak. I'll post up if & when I find it.

He says one 1gm inject/wk IM. So 1 vial @ $120 per week. It is supposedly active for 21-28 days. It is an oil based inject, supposedly good for 1 year. Obviously no need for reconstitution. He claims only one factory is making this for human use & that he is currently the only distributor. Says he has sold 7 kits so far.

Should be interesting. If anyone knows off hand where this study is please post up. Thanks.

Totally agree. THis is goin way too far and gettin fukkin stupid now. AAS can be used somewhat safely, as well as GH, IGF-1, Slin. I do NOT believe this can be used safely. Ur heart is gonna get supersized along with all other muscles in your body and your life span will drasticly decrease. Who is gonna give up 10-20yrs of their life for 50lbs of muscle?????? Shit like this makes me not wanna bodybuild anymore. This is almost like a GUARANTEED early death, and im not talkin by a few years either.

I for one am fairly excited about what this could mean. I would like to see results of clinical trials before I dive right in, but the potential of this compound seems amazing.


As for those who are in doubt, have we ever seen long-term trials on creatine, NO2, or even insulin? No, but we use 'em anyway.

I'm not ready to turn my back on something that might set our sport/hobby ahead light years.

Remember, at one time AAS experimentation was in its infancy too.

I could see where it could have the potential to enlarge the heart. If it is non-selective as to the type of muscle tissue it affects, then there you go.


From these early reports it seems to cause substantial growth at a very rapid rate.

Thought I should mention, the title of this thread is a misnomer. I didn't think about it until now honestly. I just used the common term for the first agent (MYO-029) develped to inhibit myostatin out of habit. The product I listed above, ACVR2B, is not an antibody. ACVR2B blocks myostatin by "providing it with a portion of a molecule that it normally sticks to but not the entire molecule. This partial molecule keeps myostatin from interacting with its normal molecular binding partner; and, without this interaction, myostatin can’t send its usual growth-inhibiting signals to muscle cells." The original compound is an antibody that sticks to and interferes w/ myostatin. ACVR2B is a more potent inhibitor. But it does not exert its effects through myostatin inhibition alone. Myostatin is of course the number one inhibitor of muscle growth, but there does appear to be other muscle limiting proteins and ACVR2B has proven this.

When administered to mice w/out any myostatin, 5 injections over 4 weeks still resulted in a 24% increase in muscle mass over those who did not receive it. Also, I found out after much searching that the human study has not been finalized therefore has not published yet.
