well im begining to run and work out a lot, more then usual. So by the time i get to the part of the day where i do work out and run, im so exausted... i just recently thought maybe if i pack on carbs and protein and sleep better that, that will help me go through my days with out drinking energy drinks and yawing every ten minutes... so, if you could can anyone please help me with a good recipe for potato or even better something with both! tryna get lean and cut once again no more beer "BEER BELLY MUST GO"
