Any of you guys take Gas-X or any gas related medications? im finding myself having gas ALL the time now

What are you eating? I don't think having chronic gas is normal. I switched to Proper Food Combining and started using raw dairy a long time ago and cured my stank ass.

Try eating slower , and sitting up right or standing to eat , I find that I swallow less air this way than is I sit down and quickly scarf down a meal. Also try some good digestive enzymes or if your diet allows things like "Acivia" yogurt a couple times a day

the only thing Gas-X ever did to me was give me more gas.

acidophilis... that's what you need.

when i stop taking it for a couple of days and eat a lot of simple sugars... man, the gas is horrible and really smelly.

what made me so sure it worked on me is that when i take anti-biotics, the gas comes back and it gets bad.
but with acidophilis, even if i had some gas, it doesn't smell at all!
add some fybogel to that (psyllium), once or twice a day, and you got a winning combination for getting rid of gas and having 30 seconds clean shits! LOL

When you are bloated, I think gas X is great. Works for me every time.
