anybodys abs start hurting real bad when starting to lift

ive noticed this kinda seemingly to get worse, ill start lifting and its kinda like a big cramp i guess all over the abs, it feels bad enough to were i have to break and wait, it has me thinking its like a couple hernias trying to get out but theres no hernia there u know?
 
Sounds strange to me. If I dont do any ab work for a while then jump back into the weight I was doing Ill get nasty cramps..I can even feel an ab muscle pop out but then it subsides. But if its getting WORSE you might want to see a doctor as it might be something serious..
 
Very familiar.
Went through the same thing a few months ago. Your abs are outta shape. When they cramp keep doing the exercise although painful it works. In a week or two they will not do it anymore. But thats easier said than done. It REALLY is painful. It hurts so bad i sweat and almost cant stand they are so cramped.

yes i think this si it, it seems to happen more when on a keto and i do a carbup day and hit full body,like within 15min or so it satrts up
