Right now i do
thurs = chest/calves
fri = back/shoulders
sat = legs
sun = arms/ or ill do shoulders on this day instead
and mon-wed off
Would it be a good idea to add in a day like on tuesday where i do core and abs stuff?
i do deadlifts every other week and squats.
