Lately i've been hitting each bodypart(except legs) 2x per week. Usually its chest,back,legs,off,shlds,arms,off,etc.... but i've been throwing in like 2excersises(maybe 8sets total) of shlds on chest day or chest on shld day, some arms after back,etc... What i've noticed, is when I go to do my real bodypart day, im stronger on that part than I normally would have been if I only trained it 1x per week. Anyone else get this?
