Don't forget the Biceps Brachii and traps. This seems to me to be a Physical Therapy type exercise and may be used to fine tune the body when sculpting. Me personally, stick with basic olympic movements when mass building and throw all that other stuff away that takes away energy from primary workouts. The people I see in the gym that never change are the ones doing all these freaky movements added to their program.
