anyone ever try novalog insulin ?

I'm just wondering the biggest difference b/ this and humalog. I hear novalog is supposed to be the quickest, any difference in dosing scheme or eating requirements than humalog. Typically do 4-5iu's pwo followed immediately by some simple sugars, then a whole food meal of 80-100 grams carbs and 50 grams protien about 1 hr from that.

Novolog stays in your body for 3 hours, whereas humalog can stay for up to 5 hours. Novo also spikes faster. I've also heard from another bro that novolog is a little bit stronger than huma meaning that you don't need to take as much.
