Yeah, I've done it with good results. The carb up is lots of carbs PLUS the protein. One thing I learned thru two go-rounds on his diet is it's better to come into it after eating normally, like bulk-style, for a couple months. If I restricted my food intake too much before, the results when starting the diet were less dramatic at the beginning. It all catches up in the end though. That thread is one of my all time favorites.
