Ready for competition diet.

Im confused on the carb up day...do you still keep protein high? or just have the normal 8meals but all with carbs only till your full.....similar to a skip load?
 
Yea I don't know what weight his diet applies too
 
I read thru the whole thread recently, I'm pretty sure you keep protein high on carb day... aim for 500g protein all 7 days. and eat carbs Sunday as hunger dictates.

Yeah, I've done it with good results. The carb up is lots of carbs PLUS the protein. One thing I learned thru two go-rounds on his diet is it's better to come into it after eating normally, like bulk-style, for a couple months. If I restricted my food intake too much before, the results when starting the diet were less dramatic at the beginning. It all catches up in the end though. That thread is one of my all time favorites.
