i have been doing some studying on cortisol and have found out how much it breaks down muscle and have experienced it while planning a wedding. well thats all over but i have high levels of stress and when i come off of a cycle i dont seem to maintain my gains as well even when i use the gainskeepers formula. my calories stay the same but for some reason my cortisol levels skyrocket! any ideas?!?!
