This is very person dependent and needs specific so kind of hard to answer, but if we are just going with the basics then I’d say…

Up the magnesium
Add k2
Add Ubiqionol
Add circumin
Bring the fish oil back in
Possibly up the astragalus
Up the glutamine
Possibly add nattokinase

From there it’s just up to the individual on how far they want to go supplements-wise to try and mitigate potential health issues and getting into things like d ribose, arjuna, pycnogenol etc. There’s obviously other things you could add, so it’s hard to say.

nac and mg are super low.
id be thinking more along the lines of 3+g nac or use im glut, closer to a g of mg. zinc is also a basic important mineral.
ala is also good especially with higher carb meals.
glutamine and creatine, eh, why bother. prob do better with taurine. leucine and alanine have merit at times.

Add TUDCA 750-900mg/ED.

Omega 8-9g/ED.

Astragalus 4-6g/ED.

Curcumin 1g/ED.

Ubiquinol 400mg/ED

EPA/DHA
Ubiquinol
A great Probiotic
Astaxanthin
Curcumin (probably longvida but look into which form is working best in the recent research)
Nattokinase
Liposomal Vitamin C probably
Also look into Magnesium L-Threonate and Magnesium Acetyl-Taurinate


Add Taurine to your glutamine and creatine.



Run your vitamin D for 2-3 months and then get a test. Aim for 70-80ng/mL.
 
TUDCA, NAC, Berberine...
Kidney Support.. Hemo-Flow.. and IRE from Leviathan(look them up).
...perhaps Citrus Bergamot.
 
Start with bloodwork and go from there…I had made that mistake in the past taking things I “didn’t” need while not taking things I did need.
 
basically on cycle your try to manage bp, lipids, kidney liver for the short term and blood flow.

There’s a reason fish oils are our primary source of “essential” fatty acids.

Check your HDL and Omega 3 index and you’ll quickly see the need.

These are all bottom end baseline starting points dosage wise. As someone else suggested I would run bloodwork and adjust accordingly.

You post like every single person should be on the exact same list of supplements but it doesn't really work like that. Well there are a few fundamental ones that would benefit everyone but others should be added because of the users individual needs and blood work etc. What is your diet like? Some guys eat oily fish 3 times daily and others don't eat any fish all year for example. Have you had blood work done recently? I assume you are not on any medication (?). Have you had any issues with your blood work in the past? How did you come to that conclusion regarding fish oil? Have you had your vitamin d levels tested before? Some people above and made great suggestions but we really need more data to go from to better advise you. You definitely have some of the basics covered though. Up your glutamine dose to at least 10g daily.
