Has he changed anyone's proportions? I don't think so. It's not that I'm against optimal training angles but genetics rule, unfortunately. He looks like someone who gets smoked up and comes up with of all sorts of weird training related things lol.
I mean really, do his trainees come out looking different after training with him, as opposed to just bigger overall?
I like a bit of a more science based approach to optimal, or safe, angles, where actual knowledge of anatomy comes into play, not just "feel", like that coach Kassem is doing. I think he's adviced Jordan Peters among others.
