I have been eating whole food almost exclusively now including post workout. If I use a shake it is either a time crunch, breakfast, pre training or before bed. Never more than 1 a day. Often none. This had me wondering if the concept of protein blends like True Nutrition's Team Skip blend of 33/33/33 isolate/egg white/micellar casein would be better for me or if the difference was negligible.
I never see anyone talking about egg white or casein blends anymore and all the big name brands seem to use 100% isolate.
Anyone still use a blend or is it splitting hairs when not post workout??
