Someone nailed it in here , I am very aware of how silly certain people will be ( people like me , who are very extreme ) , so of course I try my best to protect some, I hate the idea of people causing themselves serious issue. do I think you can get truly piss take huge without pushing hard, no . Even the genetic responders imo to get truly legit freaky freaky , have to push pretty hard once you get to 100 pounds stage weight added

Iā€™m trying to get this done again now and finding it super hard to regain the size I had as Iā€™m trying not to be silly , no insulin and gh at 3.6iu , and current anabolics at sub 2g right now but will creep again soon

Do I think itā€™s going to need 3.5g and 10-12iu gh and then whatever insulin to cover BG to get back to where I was , probably , will I do that ? Not sure , battling that decision atm as itā€™s the combo of the 3 that makes me hold a boat load of water and when I really suffer and tbh Iā€™m not sure Iā€™m ready for it again, itā€™s so shit , so so shit plus controlling my BP is way harder now !!

Others :) , I also donā€™t have a phd , I have a post grad in nutrition and then a separate masters degree in exercise physiology . Then we got stuck into business stuff so we stopped the education path , but that will be re kindled at some point Iā€™m sure

Corinne has post grad and 2 seperate masters degrees , she did one in atmospheric science for a year while we lived in Birmingham , fun year , she won British , European and world Powerlfiting champs , we trained in temple gym all year while it was a complete shit hole still and Instagram wasnā€™t really a thing yet lol , fun times :)

I also never encourage people to do what I do , when I went trt , I never told anyone to do the same . When I push, same thing . I have always said the same thing , what we do is fucking stupid and once Iā€™m done I plan to get very very fit and be able to run , jump etc . I donā€™t care what you do , provided your happy :)

once you get above 4g everything just gets so much easier and the "limiting factor" seems to be being disciplined enough to not skip injections.

and 10+iu gh is pretty affordable and available now, not like it was in the 90's or 00's and if you want to be a 'freak' for a few years and maybe take 10yrs off your life, so be it. it's not like guys in the 80's weren't taking entire bottles of dbol and boxes of anavar or bottles of test/day as well. I've never understood the holier-than-thou view some guys preach when it comes to steroid use.

maybe some people just like to be alarmists... or practice 'recreactional outrage', or it's their version of vitrue-signaling. yes, big doses work, and no, they're probably not as dangerous as the bro-scientists would like to have you believe.
 
To pull down inflammation levels in the body. Kidneys and liver primarily. Along with less GI stress for a bit.

Carbs are protein sparing so we offset for it there. Allows us to clean things up so we can push harder and farther in the next phases.

For this phase I donā€™t think you need more than 1.25-1.5g per pound of BW max.

Now keep in mind that guys like me stay lean year round so thatā€™s primarily based on ā€œlean tissueā€. If someone is carrying a lot of bodyfat the numbers can change.
