Arimidex and contest?

Im currently taking .25 of arimidex daily.Im 22 days out from my show.Should I up the dose or is the.25 enough?Im also on 20mg of nolvadex daily with my hgh and aas im taking.

i would bump it up to 1mg a day the last week. me as well as many others and a few pros that i know of take 1 mg a day for the last week and works great! im sure there is other ways to do it as well, but that seems to be the most popular way and best way i have done it.

yea, you gotta love this place! and keep the nolvadex at 20mg a day throughout. it will work with the arimi to keep you dry. you can even bump the nolva up the last week as well. i believe gavin or almost pro went all the way up to 100mg/day the last week of nolva ,, , , yikes

Depends on what AAS you're taking. If you're on any type of Test, then I'd up it. But if you're on nonaromatising AAS and/or anabolics, then .25 of arimi will go a long way. Good luck!

You can use 1mg up to 6 weeks out.
