I have been doing light workouts over the past few months. I am now ready to get committed in getting big strong arms can someone help me by giving me a workout week schedule that I can do week after week and which days I should do them (including number of sets and how many per set)

"I always do my basic six exercises, nothing more or nothing less!. 20" arms or more are the result! WITHOUT AAS, except creatine and whey powder, and everyday junk food! It's kind of hard when you feel that "pain or tearing sensation" this only means that the muscle has surpassed the sheath (fascia) and is now ready to get larger. It will take about a year of slow, steady training to avoid stretch marks! But I have them. Vitamin A,C, and E should help! No need for a "road maps" on those arms!"
