I have been working on my arms for 4 years and I have only managed to go from 14 to 16 1/4. I have tried many different excersises and seem to be at a road block. Im guessing I have bad arm genetics because I obtain muscle on all other parts much more visibly.
Anyone know of what I can try to get past that platuea?
