This is the hardest area on my body to grow, more specifically biceps no peak whatsoever. I've gone heavy, gone light, tried blast them with lots of sets, tried little stimulation like 6 sets and nothing. I mean they've grown since I started training from my scrawny 10 inch arms to 17.5 but lately maybe past 6 months can't get anything on. So I'm here hoping I missed something along my rode of growth.
