I occasionally see winston over at the gym in olathe 2jacked... he is looking good. He's been hard at it for many years now, I wish him well. A friend of mine and him trained together a few times a few years ago. Good guy, I wish him the best at the arnold.

Yeah.. he deserves alot...never thought he would look like he did back in 2004 but he does, he has had a tough past year with loosing his job, father fighting cancer and taking care of 2 kids. My hat is off to him and hope he dose well..... and this pic he weighed 206...... he will weigh 198

to go along the same line as DC's thread this is another show that if you enter and do extremely well, you are going to get some big time press! beating European pro's pretty much is saying something. I was looking to do the A.A. this year and decided to do jr. nationals instead. Looking to come in sharp and do well at jr.'s and get my name out there before heading to vegas for the USA's.


anyways the A.A. is no joke, if your going to do this show you had best bring your A+ game to the stage and even that might not be enough...LOL
