Hey guys. I'm fairly new to the PM board. I've been lifting for 4 years now. Started powerlifting 2 years into it at age 16. 345 240 405 at 148(raw obviously). Then I got into strongman which is what I'm training for right now. I thought I could keep a log on here and get some advice from you guys. I feel confused about my training sometimes. It's like if I train for a competition specifically for 3 months and then go back to the main lifts, I have to start all over. This just happened with my deadlift. I dont even think i can get 405 anymore
. Though, some of my other lifts have gotten better like the log press. I'm just now getting the hang of it and am watching it go up steadily every week. I'll be posting my workout from yesterday shortly.
