How many guys here b12 shots?
I just got my bottle for my wife and its 1,000mcg/ml. What is the protocol for
Women and b12 shots.

Same as men 2000 mcg per week is plenty my wife's doc gives her that dose. I just took mine it's great stuff.

Either way is fine, I usually do subq for both b12 and glutathione.

Another great combo I just started with my glutathione and b12 is carnitine and arginine so far it's great only been less than a week though
