B12 Injections?

Does a level of 400 warrant injections? I obviously take pre workouts and stuff that have a bunch of B12 in them.

So 400 on blood test is a false high.

What are the side effects? Methlycobalimin would be the compound.

I do 1/2 an ML every Saturday and it keeps my levels super high..I could probably go down to 1/4 ml a week and still be high

Any sides? Doesn’t mega dosing B vitamins mess up the balance between the bunch? Do you notice benefits?

I can’t really speak on that since I have no gallbladder..lack of gallbladder creates crazy vitamin deficiency so injectable is pretty much it for me.

My wife however does take the same 1/2ml I do and her blood work is perfect and no side effects
