Prop for subQ injections?

Hey ProM... I just did 50mgs of prop SubQ and it was easy. I've never done this before but I wanted to experiment with the idea after years of hearing competitors that injected Prop subq that swore by it. I was always against it because I think AAS were intended for IM injections for a reason. What are your experiences and input on Prop SubQ or any SubQ injections? I'm going to spend time playing around with this to see how it goes.

After a few weeks your skin will feel like a constant welt and it will get old fast. Just my experience.

SubQ injections and taking orals sublingual seems to be all the rage the last couple of years.

I have very little adverse reactions subq even at a ml per site. But some products are more irritating than others. Test E 250 for example, no problem. Don't know how it would work with these "painful enanthate" batches and so on.

For microdosing like Emerics plan I for sure wouldn't bother going IM, save the muscle lol.

There is a bunch of data on subq test injections, it's not just word of mouth among bodybuilders.

the answer is simple, scar tissue, me for example have been here 16 years, years of pinning 3cc at a time, competing pushing doses , pushing doses when not, I have tons of scar tissue
so subq opened up a vista of new pinning sites, and inflammation is minimal for me

If I'm reading this right, they investigated the viability of doing a gram of test, undecanoate, 4ml (!) subq.

Most likely in practice this would be based on dividing the 4 mL into two 2-mL injections administered on either side of the abdomen."

1cc is all that fits in the slin pin per whammy so you're limited there! but you can hit numerous spots at once if you are into voodoo

I micro dose so .25ml is about as large as my shots get. .5ml could leave a welt some times. But that was years ago and i didn't do it long to see if speed of injection or location makes a difference. Most always do sub-q in mt thighs. Easy and painless.

Been using prop for many years as my staple. Prop+ SQ = PIP/knots. SQ leaking and injection would reliably give me a PIP reaction/flu like symptoms.


Anecdotally, many guys feel worse going SQ in terms of testosterone benefits/sides. These oils were originally formulated for intramuscular use only and i consider the SQ craze a fad.


Shallow IM is ideal. Excellent absorption / minimal to zero scar tissue formation. (Ventrogluteal/delts/etc) with a 29-31 gauge needle. (or 27 gauge for higher volume). 1/2 to 5/16th inch needle. Insulin 1 mL syringe for TRT/lower doses or 3 mL for higher.

I remember this guy like 30 years ago. He competed once in a while. Wasn't to active in NPC. He won a show though and was as wide as a house. I mean his V taper was crazy. He was against IM injections and didn't like them. He shot subq prop all the time. That's kind of where I'm getting this idea from.

I woke up with no issues subq so far. I waited all day to see if some kind of reaction would start to happen. I was always against subq because of the absorption. I spent days and hours studying this. I have two bottles of really good prop out of belgium that I'm going to micro dose daily. Like a few posters mentioned about scar tissue. Yah that's me all day. I'm trying something new to get my cycle in.

Yeah, I don't see the logic at all in this like most rational people. This Nebido or whatever brand of undeconoate is like once every couple months or less. So, i don't see any advantage at all. once every 2-3 months IM is going to take a long ass time to develop scar tissue and pretty low incidence of infection with so few injections per year I would think.

Sorry if this falls off the current conversation but TP subQ really isn't the best for a full fledged cycle. but if you want to hand around TRT range or a TRT+ range like 300 mg/w or less it's decent at least for myself and a lot of older users especially if they are former competitors or otherwise heavy users with scar tissue in the main IM sites. What I do, 1/2 of it i shallow IM and the other half is really into the fatty layer of the glute area. I don't have striated glutes so that slin pin is landing in a fatty depth. Thre is a lot of area there. If you can get a well compounded TP with little to no PIP you can move that slin pin around day to day between glute and shoulder regions with little discomfort. 0.5 ml a shot, you can get 300 mg M - Sa resting on Sun. 300 mg/w of TP to me is pretty wild. It has a characteristic effect different from longer esters. For me it has a more pronounced feeling of well being such as mental sharpness, energy, fast effect on muscle hardening and pump. This is all common sense but there you go.

I agree but some noob injectors seem to balk at IM injections, seem too invasive which is why they tried these other methods of admin. Most here wouldn't even do 4ml IM in the glute. It's like 3ml in the glute, 2ml in the shoulder max. Though I've known bodybuilders who have done 10ml in the glute at one time, I did a combo shot of 6.5ml in the glute every 10 days or whatever at some time, no problem at all and I'm far from big.

I don't seem to have much scar tissue in my glutes, not that I can "feel." No Synthol- like hypertrophy either lol.
