injectable has higher bioavailability. thats why u see doctors treating there patients with it more often vs the tab (or sublingual tab).

I just recieved a bottle of synthelamin. do I push the needle through the rubber bit on the top, or unscrew the top and put the needle in there? (lol, going to lose my virginity to synthelamin!)

Those are special double layered tops...Just push the pin through the top...Do not unscrew the cap, the products are sterilized before capping.....

Should be no problem, as long as you didn't just leave it off for an overly long period of time...I did the same thing the first time I had ever did Syntherol, then I emailed Synthetek panicking because I thought I screw the entire bottle up

thats a relief. Even if I had to get another one i suppose it didn't really matter, it only cost 63 bucks, and arived in under 2 days (ordered it thursday morning, got it today.)

Is synthetek a us based company? I guess I always think they are overseas based because of all the different currency listing on their site.

But I am interesting in trying b12 for a overall energy boost. Do you think there might be some issues if you are running eq as well. Since they both increase rbc.

Also I just read some stuff briefly on it. And apparently b12 increases S-adenosylmethionine production. I've tried sAME before and it was awesome for overall well being and liver health.

Lastly, do you guys prefer to inject subq or im with b12?
