Back from Miami !

the trip was amazing, photo shot has lasted one day and I also appeared on a local spanish TV show which is fun lol

Miami is definitly an amazing city

4 th time here and decided to move here around january or so

met Heinz and trained at his gym, his gym is awesome and he and his wife are the nicest person in Miami beach

will post pics soon as soon as I'll have found the wire to connect my camera to my computer !!!

still have a hard time to go back to european time, feel slippy all day and can't sleep at night

now my weight is around 240 lbs with 7% bf

off season diet started 10 days ago

once again I want to say THANKS to Heinz and his wife fro the they received us in their gym
thanks my bro

and don't forget to introduce me to that girl I showed you the last morning I've been in the gym (you know the fitness girl, hope she came back lol)

damn, you aint kiddin, i lived down in miami back when i was 21, and holy shit. i was in heaven. the brazilian chicks mmmm... german chicks... hell, no matter what your taste is, they're all in miami, and plenty of em. when bri turns 18 and goes off to college, to hell with it, i'm moving back down there lol
