It has so many health benefits besides liver protection that you can easily consider it a staple supplement.Is tudca something you can run all the time or should we take breaks from it ?

I personally would prefer TUDCA as it has the Taurine element to it which the UDCA lacks. Will they accomplish similar things for the liver if it’s all you have access to? I believe so. But TUDCA is easy to get and would be my preference overall.Can UDCA be taken in the same way and does it have the same health benefits? Thanks
I had horrible IBS for over a year. Doctors were telling me it was related to diverticulitis and I might need to have part of my colon removed. I basically cured it by eating apples.Give me a break. ^^^

Anyways …. I know this might sound cliche but …. Try eating an apple before your normal breakfast. There is something about an apple and the natural soluble fiber. It seems to really put your movements in a nice balance.
Movicol can tremendously help with constipation; I used it a lot recently for hemorrhoids as it also softens stool (makes you poop ice cream).
How much ment do you like running pre-wo?If you’re going to use orals, those two especially you will need to get ahead with gut and liver health. If not you’ll get to diminishing returns IMO.
Psyllium husk, colostrum, TUDCA, and digestive enzymes daily at minimum. Ideally glutathione injections 2-3 weekly.
You can also take them after meal one to ease things a bit and only use on workout days.
IMO most guys would be better served only using orals in the last 6 weeks of a cut unless you compete at a higher level. And even then limit them to short 8 week periods when GI and liver health is strong and at low dosages to push that extra bit strategically. Even then using more test or even low dose MENT pre workout would yield a better outcome for most IMO.
Personally I’ll do around 10mg and think that’s plenty if you have your test and other compounds set up properly.How much ment do you like running pre-wo?

I like winstrol or anavar or even superdrol (injectable) pre. Currently 60mg anavar on weak body parts and i really like it

oral AAS are not something I’ve used in 15 years. I was however given a freebie from one of our top notch services. After a week I started having trouble using the toilet. Diet is still 40/40/20 protein, carbs, fats. Also use extra fiber. The product is a drol/dbol combo. 25/25 and that’s it.. I do not feel bad, but I’m used to taking three or four dumps a day. Now I’m down to one or two. I know this is a strange question, But who the hell else can I ask but you guys

normal just twice a day in the morning. It would be just less poop than my normal monster dump. I dropped the oral and everything is back to normal.Is the poop your normal texture and you’re just pooping less often? Painful and hard to get out?
