Your seperation and definition look good. Add a little overall thickness and some lat width (which is both of my areas of focus) and your good to go. After competing a handful of times myself, I know what its like to go through what you did and I would like to say congrat's on your hard work. It takes a different mind set to get in the condition you did and for that we all applaud (sp?) you.

lol I love you guys. You're great. I do tan naked. It was just where the dream tan wore off, i guess. I have the video of the show and in some shots i look real dark in fact almost to dark. The lighting really makes a huge diff. Actually my glutes were striated, i just wasn't flexing them right. But yeah I'm working on the hams I do have trouble getting them ripped, don't know why,though.
