allright ive been training hard for about 2 years. working out for about 4. however im looking for that super wide back. im already kinda wide. but i want my lats to help me fly away lol.
any suggestions friends!
Pullups 5x5 heavy. w/ stretch at end of each set for 1min
one arm db row 1x12 2x10 1x6 1x40 1 min stretch at end of last set
underhand bb row 3x12-15 to failure
close grip latpulldown 2x15 slow w/ stretch at end.
