Background: I have done 4 competitions in the past have been weight training seriously since I was 23. 36 now. Four years ago after my last competition I was in a serious car accident. Due to injuries and life I was not able to lift for 4 years until 6 months ago. Years of rehab and struggle and I’m now able to train about 85%. I ballooned up to 285lbs because of depression of not being able to train probably 25-30% body fat. So 6 months ago I started cutting and wanted to do a show. I got down to 205lbs, due to family issues I stopped cutting for the show. Sitting at 210lbs right now approximately 8-9% body fat.
Drugs used for the cut
Clen 20-100mcgs
T3 20-60mcgs
400mgs npp a week
600 mgs test cyp
Injectable l carnitine.

For 16 weeks
Now I’m looking to recomp, put muscle back on and not get to fat while reverse dieting. Hopefully not a ton of water weight.
So I’m going to lay out my recomp cycle and would love a critique.
Training weights 5 days a week
Cardio for 30 minutes fasted 3 days a week.
Upon waking
150mcg cjc no dac
100mcg ghrp 2
After cardio or 30 min later
2ius of prescription hgh
60mcgs of t3 for 3 more weeks
Eat
2 scoops isopure
3 rice cakes or 1/2 cup cream of rice
1 table spoon of almond butter
5oz mixed berries
1 cup of egg whites.
30-45 minutes later 10ius humalog
Intra workout shake
40g of cluster dextrins
2 scoops of EAAs
After workout
10 oz of chicken breast
200g of potatoe
1 piece ezikal bread
Meal 3
10oz ground turkey
Cup white rice
Meal 4
10oz chicken breast
2oz of avocado
Small salad
1 cup egg whites
I only eat 4 times a day/ I really enjoy intermittent fasting
150 mcg cjc/ 100mcg Ipamorelin before bed
500mg metformin
75mg tren a day
50mg mast a day
400mg test a week
Will add 200 calories a week for the next 3 weeks.
Checking blood sugar every morning.
How far from taking humalog should I stay away from eating fat sources.
