Against Phil's advice, i went on T3, as a shortcut to burn off fat. Yeah, i know, shortcuts don't end up well, and i can't change the fact that i did it, no need to be dumb if you can't show it i guess...
Been on 100mcg / once daily for about 6 weeks, and even though i've bumped my 'supplements' up higher than hrt, i'm not making the muscle gains i should, and i suspect the T3 has my metabolism cooking.
Question is what do i do now, i'm read about tapering off, but is there any natural supplements to help kick my thyroid back in gear.
