Against Phil's advice, i went on T3, as a shortcut to burn off fat. Yeah, i know, shortcuts don't end up well, and i can't change the fact that i did it, no need to be dumb if you can't show it i guess...

Been on 100mcg / once daily for about 6 weeks, and even though i've bumped my 'supplements' up higher than hrt, i'm not making the muscle gains i should, and i suspect the T3 has my metabolism cooking.

Question is what do i do now, i'm read about tapering off, but is there any natural supplements to help kick my thyroid back in gear.

taper off to 50mcg tomorrow, taper off to 25mcg on tuesday, and then come fully off. Some people exaggerate T3's effects on the thyroid way beyond belief. If you really wanted to, you could even come off cold turkey and Id put my money on it it wouldnt even put a dent in your thyroid and you will be back to normal within 1 day off coming off. You want a real fatburner? Hop on some clen...

Hey buddy. From reading previous posts, we both have certain aspects of our personalities that want instant gratification. Bodybuilding helps with that because we need to be more precise and controlled over longer periods of time. Taper off of the t3, if you are paying phil to train you, do EXACTLY what phil says and you will be fine. I know that you want to be cut now and all but we are in the beginning of february i would bet a paycheck that following phil's advice will have you looking better than you ever thought you possibly could. Just listen to everything he says, eat what he says, lift how he says and i think you will be pretty amazed. Look back at some of the photos of phil's client's transformations.

BTW i HATE T3
