I was happy this pic was buried way at the bottom,until Mr Pickels drags it up.Yea that was me as a "big bloated tuna" last year. As of this Sunday Im 268lbs and even bigger,21 1/4 in arms.But I have been extremely sick with a virus I believe the past few days so I have no idea what I weigh now,but Im defiently smaller then Sunday,since my food intake is way down and zero training,zero juicing. Hopefully this little break will clear my head and clean my body so I can keep improving.Hell,I may just start cutting now,a month earlier then expected,but Im not sure.280 was my goal for this winter and Im so close,I guess we will see.By the way, thanks Kiwi for the comments.Your pics are beyond description,so just reading "looking big and full BN" from you means alot........Thanks brother

Are ya gonna post some of this years any time soon, would like to see the improvment of you at 268. 280 this year is well in sight if you train how I expect you do.

Youll need a hell of a lotta juice and food @ 300 but as you say, why the hell not?
