BCAA and EAA's

who uses them?

i have seen various posts regarding BCAA's and i have often read that the concentrate level of aminos in raw poder form is a lot higher.

so my questions basically are

what would say 5gr of BCAA equal in 80% whey protein powder

i have been using BCAA at 10gr pre workout and 5-6gr in my workout drink.

any other times are these beneficial?

for a 220lb lifter what sort of dose are you needing

u should also be taking them after your workout as well ...

maybe in the morning too, if u wanted ...it wouldn't hurt ...
