Hey everyone, long time no see.
It's been a few years since I visited, let alone posted. Life has changed direction for me quite a bit: I'm now training to be a pilot! Weightlifting has fallen by the wayside due to injury (read: laziness) and work, but while doing my weight and balances for flights I have come to the conclusion that I am too fat! Time to start running and getting rid of my dad body. Maybe I'll post my progress on here .
But most importantly, and the reason I am posting this today, I want to say thank you for all the advice and wisdom that led me to where I am today. I can honestly say that without some members of this very board I would not have had access to the opportunities that I have today. The genuine concern for others that the members of this board exemplify is truly second to none, and the lessons that I have learned from my past years of participating on this board have served me well. Namely the focus, dedication, and drive that bodybuilding requires, and the people who cultivate those attributes within the sport.
So once again, thank you to all those who provided me with the tools to be successful. Without you I wouldn't be where I am today.
