I would love to know a solution to this… I wake up about every 90 minutes to 2 hours to go to the bathroom, and it’s not a dribble. It’s a full on fire hose for about 30 seconds. So between that and my PSA score, which is typically under one (last time it was 0.9) my doctor and I are pretty sure it’s not a prostate issue!
It doesn’t keep me awake, either. I get up, go to the bathroom, and I’m back asleep just about as soon as my head hits the pillow.
I looked at my fluid intake, and we typically can’t get to the gym any earlier than 630, so it’s about a liter and a half and take at that point, and I don’t drink too much when I get home. Non-training days I try to cut my fluid consumption back to only sip after about 6 PM, but I still wake up at the same rate. So that makes me think it it’s not a fluid intake issue.
My doctor jokes with him that my body simply does not produce anti-diuretic hormone!

My wife has suggested some type of sleep aid so I can sleep through it, but I don’t think I would sleep through it. It’s the same way during the day, every 90 minutes to 2 hours. I’m absolutely bursting to get to the bathroom.
