I love it so much I wrote a poem about it hope you guys like it!!!
Its the only place I desire to be
No one comes to my place its only me
It starts to happen around set 8
then I hear "5 more man your doing great"
Just then I 'm wondering if I can do one more
I shut all that out I fear it no more
The name of the place I go is called the zone
I see and hear no one I am all alone
The pain that my body would start to send
See now its my allie, My greatest friend
So I bust those 5 out out like it ain't no thing
I put down the weight then I come back again
My body feels pumped and the muscle full
Its time to grow baby, I need to get swole
I make no excuses and pick up no slack
but its my set baby, the zone is calling I need to get back
