She's the one that deserves all the props though - she did all the work, I just told her what to do
cpesloco - I do her diet, cardio, and supplementation. She trains on her own (or actually, with a board member here who might chime in later.. he's a client of mine too and they are both getting ready for the same show).

can you give us a break down of what her daily caloric intake was? And also what her grams of protein, carbs, and fats were on a typical day? It would be interesting to read. Thanks bro.
