I am more of a bodybuilder, 6'2 225 pretty lean and muscular. I am looking to mix things up and try some powerlifting. Right now I consider myself fairly strong on the Bench and the Squat. I currently dont max out But I am incling benching 315 for 12 clean reps, and I squat 405 for 12. I dont dead lift, Im getting into it soon, but I would love to mix my training up and try powerlifting for a few months. Any tips, routines, advice are appreciated.
