I'm currently planning to start heavy lifting as soon as I can, but I'm pretty stumped. Everyone talks about how a certain exercise is better than the other. I have no idea what to do or which exercises will be most beneficial.
At the moment I'm 100lbs, 5'3 and female, I've got a skinny-fat body. I'm not aiming towards a feminine body. If anyone can give me any advice and good beginner training plans, I'd appreciate it a lot.
(I also might be hopping onto HGH for the growth factors soon, if anybody has advice on that I'd love to hear as well.)

Yeah, I got no experience whatsoever. I've been on a cal deficit for the past like 2 months with just cardio but I'm still finding myself skinny-fat. I just needed build muscle all along I'm pretty sure.

Why would hgh be a bad idea? I'm pretty on edge about it though because I have scoliosis, which I heard people shouldn't take hgh if they have it.

First my friend....welcome to PM.....it's nice ta have ladies join the forum. In order for us to find you a good workout/cycle regiment we need to know a few things about yourself.

How old are you?....training history and regiment?...BF?...what's your diet like?...cardio routine?...current goals?...anything and everything that you think would help us so that we can help you.

I'm 16. I have 0 training history. Going off female BF pictures I'd say I'm about 25% or a LITTLE bit above. Currently I'm eating 1400 calories and whole foods only, though I'm starting to up my calories since I don't think this is helping much, especially since I'm still growing. I have a long past of starving myself and I'm pretty sure it stunted my growth. I'm gonna keep eating whole foods only though, just slowly rise my calories. My cardio routine is 10k steps + 40 mins of incline treadmill. My goal is to build muscle and maintain my weight, If you need to know anything else ask away!

Stay away from drugs, you don't need them. You are 100 pounds at 5"3. You definitely are not that fat. I say you could put some weight on as you drop fat.

You just started and it takes a little time for quality. You have to be consistent first. That includes a nutritional plan and a solid weight training program.

I am sure the gentleman here will help a young lady in the right path. The best advice I can give you is don't get frustrated, stay positive, work out hard, and don't give up.
 
I would use "physics of resistance exercise" by Doug brignole as a guide as to what exercises to do. You can find youtube videos on this as well. I second not using any drugs, not yet.

Thank you for your honest reply. Agreed with above posts. I know it's not what you wanted to here but at your age and no training in the past your body is not ready to take on erogenous hormones. It seems you do have a plan in place by slowly introducing calories to reach your goal and I commend you by using whole food sources to do so. Although it would not hurt to supplement a little whey if you have a hard time reaching your caloric goals.

Other supplements that you could research are creatine, citruline, and beta alanine prior to strength training.

Discipline is key. Hard work always pays off and results is your motivation.
