I'm currently planning to start heavy lifting as soon as I can, but I'm pretty stumped. Everyone talks about how a certain exercise is better than the other. I have no idea what to do or which exercises will be most beneficial.
At the moment I'm 100lbs, 5'3 and female, I've got a skinny-fat body. I'm not aiming towards a feminine body. If anyone can give me any advice and good beginner training plans, I'd appreciate it a lot.
(I also might be hopping onto HGH for the growth factors soon, if anybody has advice on that I'd love to hear as well.)
