So any way besides me having some fat, I squeezed my lifting belt on and I was wearing it a little high so it doesn't hit my knees or thighs and that's where I like it. It seems like my stomach protrudes out the bottom, I don't mean my fat, I mean like whatever is around and below my belly button. Just wondering if I'm gonna end up popping my organs or something? The belt is a notch too tight but plenty of people wear their belts tighter, just for some reason my stomach sticks out in addition to my fat?
