GHRPs do not result in sustained IGF-1 elevation. The studies reveal that GHRPs alone are not sufficient for anabolism. Berardi didn't spend much time researching I'm afraid.

GH works. 1000's of guys (and gals) can't be wrong. My wife and I do about 3 months each year. If we could afford it, we would do three months on, three months off all year around. It makes you burn fat faster, makes you harder, and in my personal experience just all around hearlthier. You shouldn't expect the effect to be anything like AS - it not as dramatic or as fast, and really does different things. When combined with a good AS cylcle or two, and the right diet and workout program, it works wonders!
