If you are always doing the same thing,
you can expect the same results.
Change something every time you lift.
Small things, such as grip width, seat height on machines,
exercise rotation, etc.
 
Eat only when hungry

CONSISTENCY.
The best diet? The one you can follow

you can not train every day naturally and expect to grow/ get better..

Well, there are tons of experienced guys telling this to me too often but it seems i am not able to keep my fucken ass out of the gym..
Anyone else got the same problem?
I know it aint good to go everyday but it seems i can not simply stay at home and rest..

If you feel something strain, pop, tear, irritated, pullled, etc, back off and see what's up before continuing. A little down time is far less worse, than months or years trying to blast through an injury waiting to happen.
 
Best advice was "enjoy the journey" and obviously try to stay injury free

Well in light of your comment, I've got one. Not the best advice I've heard, but someone did tell me:

"There's 3CCs in a syringe for a reason" :cool:
 
Don't be afraid to take a day off the gym if your body/mind just aren't feeling it that day.

Just like "only eat when your hungry", listen to your body because it's giving you the answer you need.
