I know this is ultimately something to work out with my doctor, but was just wondering about others' experiences on what has helped with little to no side effects. I have what seems to be on-again, off-again issues with high blood pressure. Maybe it is never really "off", but the symptoms are more noticeable some times than others. I've tried a few diffent meds here and there, but they always seem to make me feel kind of crappy. I have never used any kind of gear. I do take a litle pre-workout product plus Size On creatine.
I don't know if this is just a dream, but it would be nice to take a pill and not have it mess with my workouts and supplement choices. I already watch salt but need to up the cardio.
